Shipping
We typically do not ship outside the continental USA. Contact us with the product SKU for international shipping inquiries. We use various carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, trucking companies) to ensure prompt and safe delivery. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to third-party supplier availability. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including those caused by third-party vendors.
Returns Policy
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an RMA. After 30 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless the product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. A 25%-35% restocking fee applies to customer-initiated returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns without an RMA incur a 50% fee. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product), we waive the restocking fee and cover return shipping.
Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery and report any damage or missing items immediately. Claims made after 48 hours will not be honored. Keep damaged items, as the manufacturer may require them for replacement. Replacements will be shipped once the RMA is processed.

Replacements are only provided for defective or damaged products. The following items are non-returnable:
